All meals and coffee breaks are included in the registration. Therefore, the organising committee is asking for a symbolic fee of 5€ to help covering the meal expenses and avoid food waste.

The registration fee will be paid directly to a bank account belonging to the organizers (PhD committee representatives). The Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência only provides the registration platform for the use of the organizers and will not be receiving / handling any fees.
