The Institute Gulbenkian de Ciência has secured a reservation for a total of 30 rooms at the B&B  Hotel Lisboa Oeiras situated in Oeiras (20 minutes walking distance to IGC). These accommodations are reserved from the 18th of September 2023 for check-in, until the 19th of September 2023 for check-out.

 

If you'don't mind to share a room with a colleague, the Institute will take care of the cost. Just let us know through the registration in here.

If you prefer a room to yourself, you will need to cover the extra cost (30€) for a single room, to be paid directly at the hotel.

It's first-come, first-served, so don't wait too long.

Registrations for the accommodation are available until 1st September 2023
