The organiser (FCG-IGC) and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you completed is necessary to organise the event you will be attending to, to confirm your registration by e-mail, and to allow you to modify your registration.
The organiser may also process this data upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities, and to obtain analytics about this event. You are entitled to object to these processing operations.
Idloom shall only process the user’s personal data in the European Union or third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organiser. The organiser will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, particularly fiscal and accounting, until the end of the responsibility.
I hereby accept that the organiser collects and conserve recordings of images, sounds and voice during the meeting for the diffusion and collective preservation of the scientific memento of this event and for all non-commercial purposes connected with the scientific mission of SymbNET
You can obtain from the organiser (privacidade@gulbenkian.pt) the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of those which are inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant. For further information or to lodge a complaint, you may also contact the supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence.
