Spatial Genomics Series - Explore Biology At Any Scale

Genomics Unit - Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência

Join this Spatial Biology workshop to hear directly from NanoString’s CSO, Joe Beechem, about the latest innovations: from whole transcriptome tissue profiling with GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP), to the secret life of individual cells with the CosMx™ Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) for true single cell resolution. Discover spatial biology at any scale!

Discover the Spatial Organ Atlas, a set of open-source data that illustrates how whole transcriptome profiling strategies can be used to reveal novel biological insights in the molecular understanding of organ function.

During this workshop, you will find out how high-plex multi-omic spatial data can accelerate your understanding of developmental biology, neuroscience, oncology or immunology.
